Grillsdale 2018

GRILLSDALE, the popular festive evening of grilled food and live music is back for its third year and it will once again feature the bounty of the land and the talented chefs of the “crossroads region,” where the Berkshires meet the Hudson Valley. Organizers, Joanna Virello and Barbara Olsen Pascale of Shire 935 Productions LLC, like to say, “The Third Time’s A Char!” All the action will take place Saturday night August 25, 2018 in Roe Jan Park in Hillsdale, NY starting at 7pm.
General admission tickets ($25 – $85) are available online at http://www.grillsdale.com and at HGS Home Chef in Hillsdale starting Friday, July 6. The event has sold out the last two years in a row with 500+ attendees so getting tickets sooner than later is advised. All 14 grilled small plates, beverages and entertainment is included in the $85 ticket (but please note: we suggest one dish per, tent per person) so all who attend can sample, enjoy and vote for their favorite chef.

Roe Jan Ramble

Come to the beautiful Harlem Valley of upstate New York for a perfect September day of cycling.  This year there will be 5 routes through the lovely Roe Jan area towns of Copake, Hillsdale, and Ancram, New York along the Taconic and Berkshire foothills bordering Massachusetts. Although our ride is free and open to everyone, we hope you’ll raise money to benefit the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. Your contributions will help complete the trail from Millerton, NY to Copake and connect Copake with Hillsdale, NY.  Visit https://www.roejanramble.org and register today!
